Peer Counselors
The Peer Counselors is an application only course. The role of the peer counselor is something that we develop throughout the year. In class we work on building relationships, understanding interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, and how we can better serve the school community. If students' are ever in the need to talk to someone, the Peer Counselors are excited to engage in being present and listening to their peer.
Each spring we welcome new students to apply to be a part of the Peer Counseling group!
Interested in being a Peer Counselor for the upcoming school year?
If you have a strong interest in helping your classmates and school community, this might be the class for you. If you have a desire to go into the mental health field, I would recommend speaking to Mrs. Roacho about how you can become a Peer Counselor!
